Training was done with my friend Paul at the Anytime Fitness in Vermillion, SD.  I did this workout after flipping a 480lb tire for 10 min and doing a few sets of 3 reps on the single arm DB press with 100 lbs.

Ticep Pushdown – 50 lbs x 12 reps x 5 sets

Super Set – Face Pull – 50 lbs x 12 reps x 2 sets
