PM Hypertrophy – Chest / Arms @ B.I.G

Dumbbell Bench Press – 60x2x10

Floor Bench Press – 190x2x10

Preacher Curls – 80x2x9

French Press – 80x2x10

No Daily “Selfie”

    Here we go with another year of getting stronger, Junior! I went up to the gym Friday just to say I went on the 1st, plus to counter my cookie-eating self-loathing :\ I’m in the third week of a hyper-trophy workout. It’s a good change up and will do me a lot of good stamina-wise.
