Here we go with another year of getting stronger, Junior! I went up to the gym Friday just to say I went on the 1st, plus to counter my cookie-eating self-loathing
I’m in the third week of a hyper-trophy workout. It’s a good change up and will do me a lot of good stamina-wise.
