    • Right now it is a toss up between the 5-3-1 system and the Cube Method. They both have their advantages and disadvantages.

    • So far I have only really done the Cube Method for Strongmen and Wendler 531. They both have their pros and cons, but I like the 531 due to the fact that I didn’t have all the strongman implements so it made doing that program hard.
