Workout – 1/10/15

I have been trying to work on deadlift form a lot.  Here is what I did today:

225 x 5, 345 x 1, 415 x 1, 455 x 1

    I’m heading up to the gym to work on deadlift here in just a bit. Form is something I’m always concerned about on that one. I find it’s better for me to not do too many reps per set so that my form doesnt get messed up. My favorite lift!
