Deload Day
Dumbbell Incline Press – 30% x 15 reps x 3 sets – 35 lbs
Bench Press – 225 lbs x 10 reps x 2 sets, 315 x 5 reps x 1 set w/Slingshot
Deadlift – 315 lbs x 5 reps x 1 set
